Facebook Terms of Use



Dionne Lew, The Social Executive (we, us, our, or The Social Executive) offers The Social Executive Facebook page (our Facebook Page) as a service to provide you with information about us, our products and/or services and other material of interest. The Facebook Page is available to the public and is openly available to all Facebook users.

In accessing and using our Facebook Page, you must comply with the Facebook Terms of Service and also our own Facebook Terms of Use.


–       do not endorse any comments, advice, statements, visuals, videos or other material (Content) posted on our Facebook Page;

–       do not represent or warrant the accuracy of the Content posted on our Facebook Page; and

–       will not be liable for any Content posted on our Facebook Page, including Content posted by any third party.

Whilst we will make all reasonable commercial efforts to monitor the Content that you post on our Facebook Page, we expect that you will not post any Content that we may deem to be, defamatory, abusive, offensive, intimidating, discriminatory, vilifying, racist, sexist, or that may be in breach of any law or industry code. In the event that you do post such material, we reserve the right to remove that material from the Facebook Page immediately and without notice to you.

We may, from time to time, provide hyperlinks to Facebook pages belonging to third parties (Linked Pages). We do not control content posted on the Linked Pages and we are therefore not responsible for any content found on them. We provide these hyperlinks for your convenience only, and do not endorse or approve any of the content found within Linked Pages. We do not take any responsibility or warrant the accuracy of any aspect of content or information provided on the Linked Pages.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect the security of our Facebook account (our Account), there remains a risk that our Account may be hacked or hijacked by a third party. In the event that this occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that we regain control of our Account as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for any inappropriate Linked Pages or Content posted while our Account was not under our control.

We take reasonable care to ensure that our intellectual property, including our trade marks, are not misused by a third party. However, if a third party uses our intellectual property or trade marks to promote spam links to third party websites (Spam) or malicious software, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the unapproved content is removed from our Facebook Page as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any Content posted or damage caused by the Spam or malicious software. Please email us if you are unsure whether a link or Facebook page is associated with, or approved by us.

We may also remove without notice to you, any unapproved Content that is commercial in nature. We are not responsible for any third party advertising material that may be displayed by Facebook on our Facebook Page.
